Energy

Energy is the all pervasive life force of the Universe and lack of Energy has a debilitating effect on the quality of your life!

One (1) out of four (4) people in our prosperous Western Societies now suffers from fatigue and lack of Energy and the Baby Boomers (1946 to 1964) are particularly affected.

This is not surprising when maintaining an active, energetic and healthy lifestyle becomes extremely difficult as a Baby Boomer if the body is telling you that ‘its warranty has expired’ as a consequence of poor lifestyle choices in the past!

 

Addressing ‘the Problem’

While I appreciate that the source of ‘the problem’ for lack of Energy and fatigue can be sometimes difficult to pinpoint for some people, I speak from personal experience when I believe that for most of us our lack of Energy can be addressed through a variety of timely ‘treatments’ in the form of science backed nutrition, positive emotions and regular exercise.

I also believe that it is never too late to do something about ‘the problem’ while we are still in control of our senses, are able to move our body and have a genuine desire to invest some time (and money) in our own health!

 

Introduction

My name is Johan Tonsbeek.

Having been born in 1947, I am a Baby Boomer myself!

As a young man I trained to become a Combat Swimmer/Frogman Commando with the Royal Netherlands Marine Corps SBS. (Special Boat Service)

It was during this very challenging time in my young life that I first learned to appreciate the importance of Energy!

It did not take me long to realise that the state of my mind and the physical condition of my body had a deciding impact on my Energy levels and I have never forgotten ‘the lessons’ learned!

 

My ‘Shortcut’ Approach

to Boost Energy Levels 

As I am by nature an impatient person and found myself always ‘time strapped’ while earning a livelihood, raising a family and attending to other commitments, I was inclined to favour natural ‘Shortcuts’ to boost or retain my own Energy levels provided they were properly backed by studies and protocols from well recognised Institutions and/or Medical professionals.

I have taken this approach to the ‘Shortcuts’ I share with you in my Seminar.

In my Seminar I will share with you some of ‘the lessons’ I learned in my Marine days, which laid a foundation for my life and I will introduce you to a number of proven natural ‘Shortcuts’ that have helped me retain my Energy, which have enabled me to stay in control of my physical and emotional health as I struggled with my own setbacks, challenges, dissapointments and tragedies in life.

I know from personal experience that these ‘Shortcuts’ have a positive effect on our emotional and physical health and could probably change your life for the better within a very short period of time providing of course that you are willing to apply its principles!

  1. Learn about the ‘similarities’ between the training of a Special Forces soldier and your ‘life experience’.
  2. Learn about the ‘Energy body’ and the four sources of Energy.
  3. Understand how to effectively slow down the aging process.
  4. Be introduced to short ‘Mind-Body’ routines that will help you address your body’s Energy system to instantly balance your Energy and help you cope with and overcome stressful situations and negative thoughts or setbacks.

Be introduced to a University tested 16 minute exercise routine that anybody can do, which was proven to be 50% more effective in oxygen uptake in the body’s cells than walking at 4k/hr while at the same time addressing the body’s muscles, flexibility, circulation and both hemispheres of the brain for improved balance, coordination and a boost in Energy levels.
